EGYCERT is committed to providing impartial, reliable, and high-quality certification services. We value feedback from our clients and interested parties, as it enables us to evaluate our performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our certification services.

How to Provide Feedback

We welcome your feedback and encourage you to share your experience through one or more of the following channels:

  • Client Satisfaction Survey
  • E-mail
  • Telephone
  • Meetings or follow-up discussions
  • Suggestions
  • Compliments
  • Complaints
  • Appeals
  • Other documented communications

Completion of the Client Satisfaction Survey is voluntary. Where a survey is not completed or the response rate is insufficient to provide meaningful information, EGYCERT may evaluate customer satisfaction using other documented communications received during the certification cycle.

Confidentiality and Impartiality

All feedback is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with EGYCERT's Confidentiality Policy and Quality Management System procedures.

Providing feedback, whether positive or negative, will not influence:

  • Inspection activities;
  • Technical review;
  • Certification decisions;
  • The validity, scope, suspension, or withdrawal of certification.

All certification decisions are made impartially and are based solely on applicable certification requirements and objective evidence.

How Your Feedback Is Used

EGYCERT records, reviews, and evaluates customer feedback to:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction;
  • Identify recurring concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Recognize positive performance and good practices;
  • Improve the effectiveness and quality of certification services;
  • Determine whether corrections, corrective actions, or continual improvement actions are required.

Customer feedback is analysed as an input to EGYCERT's Management Review process and contributes to the continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
